"Al naso è davvero strano e particolare, sembra di odorare dentro una borraccia[canteen] di plastica che è stata al sole, incredibile. Ci sono anche degli agrumi, rame/metalli e un filo di aglio cotto. Al palato è assurdo, leggermente pungente, sembra di bere dell'acqua da una borraccia[canteen] da bici in plastica dopo che è stata al sole (non riesco a trovare un esempio più appropriato), dietro c'è un filo di dolcezza agrumata, un retrogusto metallico e un briciolo di vegetali. Veramente unico, abv perfetto. Nel bicchiere vuoto fermentati leggeri, un po' di terriccio e frutti surmaturi. Potrei dargli un voto basso, ma quel sapore ha un non so che di nostalgico e familiare, quindi lo premierò con un bel voto tra i 7.2 e i 7.5"
