To the nose it is really strange and peculiar, it seems to smell inside a plastic canteen[canteen] that has been in the sun, unbelievable. There's also some citrus, copper/metals and a thread of cooked garlic. On the palate it's absurd, slightly pungent, feels like drinking water from a plastic bike flask[canteen] after it's been in the sun (I can't find a more appropriate example), behind it there's a thread of citrusy sweetness, a metallic aftertaste and a hint of vegetable. Truly unique, perfect abv. In the empty glass light fermentates, some earthiness and overripe fruit. I could give it a low rating, but that flavor has something nostalgic and familiar about it, so I'll reward it with a nice 7.2 to 7.5 rating
It's very good, sweet, nice fresh cane, but I was expecting a little more craziness and a wilder side.
