“Also da fehlt noch etwas Reife … leider nicht sehr gelungen. An der Nase zeigt sich der STCE noch am ehesten, hat mich dann aber am Gaumen eher enttäuscht. Sehr scharfkantig und beißend.”

“In der Nase viel Nagellack, Ester und für meinen Geschmack auch pflanzliche Anteile. Im Mund die volle Ladung Lösungsmittel gepaart mit Holz. ABV erst ein wenig beißend, dann aber ganz gut eingebunden. Abgang ebenso Lösungsmittel und eine ganz leichte Süße. Ich glaube ein wenig länger im Fass hätte noch gut getan.”
