"Un Longueteau constituĂ© de canne bleu, dont on ressent tous les arĂŽmes et lâĂ©lĂ©gance au nez. Les fruits exotiques et les agrumes se dĂ©voilent avec une touche de marmelade trĂšs gourmande, on ressent une influence saline et iodĂ©e qui se dĂ©marque du reste du profil, Ă la fois complet et savoureux. Lâattaque en bouche est dĂ©licate et sensuelle. La fraĂźcheur de la canne Ă sucre et de lâherbe coupĂ©e, les agrumes et les fruits exotiques se partagent le palais avant que le poivre ne fasse son entrĂ©e pour donner un peu de vivacitĂ©. Le cĂŽtĂ© marin ressort toujours en bouche. Lâalcool est bien intĂ©grĂ©. La finale est longue, sur la canne confite, les agrumes (zeste de citron), lâiode, le sel et les notes terreuses, florales et vĂ©gĂ©tales. Ce rhum parcellaire a lâavantage par rapport Ă son frĂšre de la parcelle n°1 avec ses arĂŽmes plus distincts, mais on retrouve dans lâensemble un rhum dâune belle rondeur, Ă©lĂ©gant et trĂšs abordable."
