It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 9 years. The rum has an ABV of 57,2%. Lækker duft. Kunne dufte til den i timevis. Dejlig smag på front palate. Lys karamel, nærmest fransk nougat (måske den sødeste og mildeste Foursquare, jeg har smagt - taget % i betragtning). Men middelmådig på mid palate og meget anonym i eftersmagen. Kort til mellemlang eftersmag, som antyder brændt hvidt sukker.
