Al naso vegetali intensi, mais inscatolato, umami, aringhe affumicate, agave, agrumi, pepe. Al palato è pungente e deciso con gli stessi aromi e l'aggiunta di una nota metallica e qualche medicinale. Interessante però, non avevo mai assagggiato qualcosa fatto interamente in Cambogia, buono bel lavoro!
La provenance - Cambodge - et la participation de Ferroni m'ont pas mal intéressé sur ce rhum. Au final rien de magique. Il a quelques défauts mais les prochaines itérations seront certainement meilleurs. Il fait bien son travail en ti punch 😊
Beau nez sur la canne, des fruits, de l’olive. Bouche plus sèche et végétale.
Une bonne impression pour un premier embouteillage. Très prometteur.
