"Al naso vegetali intensi, mais inscatolato, umami, aringhe affumicate, agave, agrumi, pepe. Al palato è pungente e deciso con gli stessi aromi e l'aggiunta di una nota metallica e qualche medicinale. Interessante però, non avevo mai assagggiato qualcosa fatto interamente in Cambogia, buono bel lavoro!"
