Rhum Attitude Poisson Père Labat Rhum Attitude Bruxelles (Cognac Cask) 2016 6yr 70,1%
The Père Labat Rhum Attitude Bruxelles manifests robust flavors and intoxicating aromas as confirmed by RumX users. The smell strikes a harmonious balance between vegetal, floral, burnt sugar, woody, and spice notes. An indulging symphony of caramel, spice, leather, milk chocolate, and dried fruit awaits on the palate. Despite its strong ABV of 70.1%, the precise craftsmanship makes the alcohol content seamlessly integrated making it deceptively soft for its potency. This rum is seasoned in a cognac cask which seems to have brought a surprising element to this spirit. It's an unique offering from the Poisson distillery. This is a must-try for fans of craft distilling and those willing to savor unconventional but rewarding flavors.
