The best unaged rum I have drunk so far
#4256 16.09.2023 Whisky N Rum Show 2023. This is a really nice unaged release and I would have loved to try this one at full power like I could with the Guadeloupe unaged. Very fresh throughout the profile with overripe/rotten fruit and esters galore. Velvety palate with a long warm finish. Easily a sipper as well as a mixer rum. The empty glass had a bit of workshop/medicinal notes.
Für einen unaged ganz schön lecker
Long Pond TECC ..., this strong marrow fascinates me again and again, as it does now! The nose is impetuous, full of esters, glue, yeast and fresh sugar cane. On the palate it is creamy and intense. Ester, glue, bitter orange, allspice and umami spread out. The alcohol is quite well integrated. The esters and bitter orange continue on the finish. Great I'm already looking forward to a daiquiri with it
