“Freshly opened it takes at least a day until the full variety of esters spreads. In the nose then glue with lots of esters and fruity notes. In the mouth the same, just typical TECC. Finish already long and a bit astringent. For me, however, a trace behind equivalent DOK. Let's see what the next few weeks of oxidation still rauskitzeln.”
