It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 49,8%. Very good Sherry cask integration with the spirit - like Whisky, a good example of a finish or maturation is where you can taste both the cask influence alongside the distillate and its DNA and this is a good example of that 8/10
