Savanna und Sherry Finish, passt selten für meinen Geschmack. Auch in diesem Fall finde ich die Reifung irgendwie nicht passend. Der Rum ist fruchtig mit intensiven Sherry Aromen. Am Gaumen zerfallen die Aromen, der schlecht eingebundene Alkohol kommt im Abgang noch mehr durch.
Alkohol nicht gut eingebunden. Geschmacklich spannend mit schönen fruchtigen Noten.
Too little time in wood and too much a PX cask that fucked up the content in it. Savanna really struggles for me in sweet wine casks and this one is no different. I understand the intention but I think a plain bourbon barrel would have been better
