“Bei Sönke probiert und von der Tiefe eines so jungen Rums aus Ecuador überrascht. Durfte netterweise ein kleines Sample schnorren. Nase: interessant und gar nicht so leicht zu entschlüsseln. Hat für mich zunächst etwas von Küchenrolle, Karton und jungem, noch frischen Geäst. Leicht süßlich, mit grünem Apfel ist er doch eher auf der pflanzlichen Seite. Getrocknete Kamille mit Moos und süßen Kräutern. Hinten noch etwas Kakaopulver. 7,7 Gaumen: ebenfalls anders, intensiv und interessant. Zunächst süßlich-nussig, Tonkabohne und Pekannuss. Dazu Kakao und leicht schokoladig oder auch Nougat. Zudem spielt etwas Liebstöckel hinein, bevor Kamille, Kräuter und Herz übernehmen. Tatsächlich finde ich Geranie am Ende. Hatte so etwas noch nicht, bin angenehm überrascht. 8,1”
