Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023 / Golden Circle Caroni Paradise Tasting 2024: Rather dry, tart but very aromatic. Great complexity, displays all the notes of the 96 Trinidad stock in top form and convinces overall. Sensational quality, a pleasure.
Extremely good nose! The palate is intense and complex. Maybe a tad too dry, but that's complaining at the highest level.
