“Sweet and caramel nose with some citrus, wood, roasted hazelnuts and vegetal. The palate is full-bodied with noble wood, vanilla, caramel/pastry cream, some sweet fruit (dates), some bourbon notes, light spice (pepper) and some savoriness, all extremely rounded. The finish is delicate if lingering; it seems to have 40°. In the empty glass fermented and cane. The rating fluctuates between 9 and 9.1”

“A great 2014 vintage! Incredible aromatic richness and intensity, a sweetness of dried fruit on the palate, spices and pastry notes! Superbly balanced, a real treat!”

“Très bon millésime et brut de fût à signaler au passage. La sélection du fût fait ressortir des arômes équilibré. Une merveille.”
