#5187 29.03.2025 Running through some samples at home. Nose Light wood, sweet, citrus, light roasted, vegetal, light sugarcane, faint caramel. Palate Oily, balanced, round, vegetal, sugarcane, medium spicy, dried fruit, citrus, light wood, faint roasted. Finish Long, oily, round, light wood, dates, spice, citrus, sugarcane. Empty glass Sugarcane, caramel, spice, light dried fruit.
Sweet and caramel nose with some citrus, wood, roasted hazelnuts and vegetal. The palate is full-bodied with noble wood, vanilla, caramel/pastry cream, some sweet fruit (dates), some bourbon notes, light spice (pepper) and some savoriness, all extremely rounded. The finish is delicate if lingering; it seems to have 40°. In the empty glass fermented and cane. The rating fluctuates between 9 and 9.1
