“This HdS is also dominated by the fruity-sweet scent of honeydew melon and lychee.On the palate first grappa, but this time also follows some anise with tart citrus notes and a bitter sweetness. In the finish, something grassy-herbaceous joins.”

“This white rum is better in mouth than in nose. At the olfactory level, the ester is very aggressive and tends to destroy the aromatic. One detects all the same the lime, a light sugar cane and a smell of metal. In mouth, a vegetal side, sugar cane and citrus fruit are much more pleasant than in the nose.the final is short and unfortunately carried on the alcohol.”

“The nose is mineral, flowery, honeyed on tropical fruits. The attack in mouth is frank and clear on the sugar cane. The palate is rather herbaceous, with more of a brandy-schnapps style. The finish is rather long with a little bitterness less pleasant. I find it not bad but without more. But the Q/P ratio is not optimal, as there are much better whites at this price level (just over €40). Thanks to Julien Diliberto for making me rediscover it! And I go back to the Perle Rare which gives me much more pleasure ...”
