Auch bei diesem HdS dominiert der fruchtig süße Duft von Honigmelone und Litschi. Am Gaumen als erstes Grappa, diesmal folgt aber auch etwas Anis mit herber Zitrusnote und eine bittere Süße. Im Abgang gesellt sich noch etwas grasig-kräuteriges hinzu.

Ce rhum blanc est meilleur en bouche qu’au nez. Au niveau olfactif, l’ester est très agressif et à tendance à détruire l’aromatique. On décèle tout de même le citron vert, une canne à sucre légère et une odeur de métal. En bouche, un côté végétal, canne à sucre et agrume sont beaucoup plus agréable qu’au nez. La finale est courte et malheureusement portée sur l’alcool.

Le nez est minéral, fleuri, mielleux sur les fruits tropicaux. L’attaque en bouche est franche et nette sur la canne à sucre. La bouche est plutôt herbacée et on retrouve plus un style eaux de vie – schnaps. La finale est plutôt longue avec une petite amertume moins agréable. Je trouve cela pas mal mais sans plus. Mais le rapport Q/P n’es pas optimum, on retrouve de bien meilleurs blancs à ce niveau de prix (un peu plus de 40 €). Merci à Julien Diliberto de me l’avoir fait redécouvrir ! Et je retourne sur la Perle Rare qui me donne bien plus de plaisir …
