“Wow! Another exciting Clairin with flavors as bold as the Velier releases. Of the unaged clairins I’ve tried, this is most similar to Le Rocher, in my opinion. Will definitely pick up another bottle! After returning to this bottle I’ve decided the aroma and taste is smoked or cured meat, probably smoked sausage (I’ve been vegetarian a few years, forgive me), that I’m picking up — in a great way though.”
