The "Barbados" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57,3%. This is a limited release and there are only 329 bottles.

“Initially it is mineralised with some vanilla and a little bit of pears but kind condensed. After some time it opens up really nice and gets more and more Foursquare-ish with a nice mineral touch. Caramel of all kinds, vanilla, pears and mango. Something for your sweet tooth.”
