It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57,3%. Initially it is mineralised with some vanilla and a little bit of pears but kind condensed. After some time it opens up really nice and gets more and more Foursquare-ish with a nice mineral touch. Caramel of all kinds, vanilla, pears and mango. Something for your sweet tooth.
