It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 62%. "Surprisingly smocky and whisky-esk on the nose. Sweet, chocolatey on the palate. Nice representation of Panama rums but nothing outstanding - as you would expexct."
