"Un nez tout de suite intéressant avec beaucoup de végétal et très fruité, mirabelle, fruits jaunes mais aussi banane et ananas. La bouche apporte une bonne dose d’umami avec une réglisse délicieuse et des fruits tropicaux. Je me sens transporté dans une fête au village avec musique entraînante, parois en bois et fruits à volonté et puis surtout bois doux (réglisse) à mâcher. La finale est longue et élégante, plus boisée que la bouche. Le verre vide donne envie d’y retourner. Un très bel agricole. Merci Haromex pour l’échantillon."
