Interesting agricole/grogue. Definitely well made stuff. Very flavourful for something so young. Something milky. Chamomille/jasmine tea. A hint of green house. A variety of citrus. Well layered. I gotta try more from this distillery.
Cane and citrus on the nose. A strange lactic sensation too. Same markers on the palate. Less lactic. More spiciness. Same finish. A rather easy-drinking, pleasant rum. Well made.
