Un jeune rhum de Martinique facile à prendre en main, avec un nez sur les fruits exotiques, la canne à sucre, les fleurs, le boisé jeune et les épices douces. Un profil simple mais efficace. La canne à sucre et les notes épicées se croisent en bouche, avec un boisé léger et des fruits secs. On a une texture sirupeuse qui accentue la gourmandise du rhum. Ce n’est pas le profil le plus complexe, mais il se laisse approcher très facilement. La finale, de longueur correcte, revient sur des notes plus agricoles, sur le côté végétal, floral et herbacé. Le fruité et le boisé soutiennent le profil, qui a du mal à passer outre la canne à sucre. Un rhum qui se veut simple et basique, mais qui est du coup assez cher par rapport à son positionnement.
