Tasted SoRhum 2023 at the end of the Ricci tasting. I liked the reduced version, which lacked a bit of strength. This cask strength version is a real winner! The nose is very pleasant. Sweet and coconut notes. On the palate, woody notes. The alcohol is there. You can feel it. Powerful but not harsh. Nice.
#4497 24.11.2023 Pretty OK rum especially thinking about the price tag. Medium fruity and well rounded once rested. The palate is fresh and has light vegetal notes to it. The finish is medium long with light cinnamon. The empty glass has stronger spice and some fruitcake like notes.
