Discover the rum factory! The double agent is quite intriguing. At first, it was a frangipane tart, Then a big, fat ginger juice, followed by more herbaceous notes, with a hint of licorice. Quite a journey.

Very nice and unusual fruity sweet agricole. Great experiment! I like surprisingly well! In the Ti Punch comes through a little more spice, almost a slight ginger spiciness, then in the finish again the fully ripe sweet mirabelle. Wicked and very tasty! Agent Double 01 edition is a blend of 65% agricultural rum and 35% traditional molasses rum. These rums are blended at 71.1° and 89° respectively, then slowly reduced to 55° under the tropical climate of Reunion.
A very pleasant rum, this Isautier is predominantly pure juice. The nose is very cane-oriented, but with a hint of molasses. On the palate, the cane is there and the profile is very citrusy. Ideal for ti-punch. A fine discovery.
