“Sehr schöner und ungewöhnlich fruchtig süßer agricole. Tolles Experiment! Gefällt mir überraschend gut! Im Ti Punch kommt etwas mehr Würze durch, fast schon eine leichte Ingwer Schärfe, im Abgang dann wieder die vollreife süße Mirabelle. Abgefahren und sehr lecker! Agent Double 01 edition is a blend of 65% agricultural rum and 35% traditional molasses rum. These rums are blended at 71.1° and 89° respectively, then slowly reduced to 55° under the tropical climate of Reunion.”

“Al naso è agrumato (soprattutto limone), vegetale, con zucchero bruciato e fermentati. Al palato è floreale, agrumato e vegetale, sul finale diventa più dolce e leggermente tostato. Particolare e interessante. Nel bicchiere vuoto fermentati/formaggio semistagionato.”
