To Depaz
"A Single Cask from Depaz that's more gourmet than agricultural. The nose is rich with dried fruit and candied orange, spicy wood, tobacco and chocolate notes. The attack on the palate is just as round and balanced. Fruit mingles with spices, walnuts and sweet caramel notes, rounding out the finish with delicate oak and a hint of sugarcane in the background. The finish lingers on tannic, woody, toasty and spicy notes that add extra character. A full-bodied, masterful Depaz that would have deserved a few more degrees to be truly perfect."
"In der Nase krasse Traube und Pflaume. Am Gaumen sehr schön rund, extrem milder Depaz."
