Ach, wenn man schon mal in der Nähe des alten Stammsitzes von HEB (Heinz Eggert Bad Bevensen, kennt ihr, oder?) ist, dann darf man auch mal ein hochprozentiges Likörprodukt aus dem Hause Eggert schlabbern. 😉 Diese Spirituose hält einfach nur, was der Marketingtext verspricht. Nette Kombi aus Orangen und Ingwer - und natürlich viel Zucker. Basis ist ein Rum aus Jamaica (Worthy Park?), daher auch der Name JAM-ING-O. Gelungenes neues Flaschendesign übrigens!
Likör Blind Tasting by Artur: sehr süß, neben Orange und Ingwer finde ich dunkle Melasse. Durch den hohen Alkoholgehalt gar nicht so schlecht!
Da hat Artur etwas Verrücktes ausgesucht. In der Nase achon schwere Süße, Orange, Pflaume, aber auch eindeutig Jamaika. Der Gaumen hält was die Nase verspricht, noch mehr Süße, getrocknete Frucht. Durch den dür Likör recht hohen Alkoholgehalt geht er aber achön warm die Kehle herunter. Mehr als 2 cl auf ein Mal würde ich nicht schaffen, aber ein Gläschen als Nachtisch wäre OK.
Nase süße Orange, etwas Vanille? Am Ende etwas schärfe, könnte tatsächlich der Ingwer sein. Auf der Zunge schwer und süß. Sehr fruchtig, natürlich Orange (erinnert mich an Grand Manier) . Im Abgang kommt dann der Ingwer durch. Die 52% werden durch den Zucker gut kaschiert. Auf jeden Fall Interessant!
