“Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023: Schöner Caroni mit der klassischen Süsse des 96er Jahrgangs. Geschmacklich relativ trocken, die Tannine trocknen den Mundraum direkt aus und bereiten den Boden für Teer und Gummi, Holz, Pfeffer, Anis und Kaffee sowie die obligate schwere 96er Karamellsüsse. Auch der Alkoholgehalt macht sich bemerkbar und sorgt für etwas Feuer. Alles in allem ein zwar kräftiges, aber trotzdem rundes Profil und ein würdiger 96er Caroni, der mir mit jedem neuen Tasting ein Stückchen mehr ans Herz wächst. Tolles Release.”

“Extrem süffiger caroni und untypisch wenig rauchig und eher Sehr würzig. Macht auf jeden Fall extrem viel Spaß!💯👌😍 Würde ich blind nicht als caroni einstufen dafür ist er fast zu mild und nicht so drecki, rauchig wie man es kennt. Aber auf jeden Fall extrem lecker! War übrigens ein bottlekill vor Ort 😃”
