How does this rum taste?
Santigo from Guyana turns up notes of sweet and alcoholic aromas with a touch of burnt and rubber. On the palate, most RumX members agree it’s all about neutrality: think "wenig Geschmack, viel Neutralalkohol" (@Johannes) and "wässriges nichts" (@Leo Krüper). A faint bitter orange and dilute sweetness hint at its molasses roots, but with many comparing it to Bacardi Blanc, depth takes the backseat. For some, it’s a throwback mixer—one said, "Hab schon schlechtere vergleichbare Rums (Bacardi, Havanna, etc.) im Glas gehabt." (@Skyfly)

Joa, leider war das nicht die richtige Reaktion auf die anbahnende Krise der 80er Jahre. Es wäre schön wenn das Produkt Geschmack hätte. So ist es dann mehr eine Havana Club 3 alternative wenn Mann Kommunisten hasst

Auch hier macht die übliche Bewertung wenig Sinn. Sehr neutral. Die Nase hat noch eine minimale Andeutung von Rum, am Gaumen könnte es auch Wodka sein. Man könnte einen Moscow Mule damit mixen und es würde nicht auffallen.
Day 10 the funny calendar Nothing to recognize by nose, at least for me. Very watered down and thin in taste, I would never have associated it with Guyana.
