“A fresh Blanc without pronounced earthy or musty elements. Not overly complex, but clean and harmonious with well integrated alcohol. With mouth a bit sharper with some white pepper, otherwise a similar profile. A chlorophyllic bitterness is more evident here than on the nose.Was my first white Agricole and remains a good reference for me. In the Ti Punch, the lemony flavors come through the strongest.”
