"This is the last tasting I had i Shanghai on September 10th 2011, shortly before I had to leave in a hurry with my 2 year old son under my arm and only a suitcase of belongings. The tasting was done at "The Long Bar" at the Waldorf Astoria. The bar had just been finished in an amazing restoration project done according to old photos. The bar is over 100 feet long and the entire room is a wonder to behold. This is a nice rum and it's pretty complex for such a low ABV. Fruits and wood mingle pretty well and I wrote that the empty glass had some chocolate and licorice."
