We were told that this rum is from Guyana and the profile is actually pretty close to what you'd expect. My notes say it had to rest or the alcohol will bite a bit. Heavy flavoured profile with roasted wood and dried fruit. After rested really well balanced ABV and a nice licorice touch. Draws very thick and slow moving curtains and the empty glass reveals chocolate and orange.
