“Heute nochmal gegen die andere Abfüllung von Rum&Co RX15629 verglichen. Im Gegensatz dazu ist dieser etwas "leichter" und süffiger. Wiederum eine schöne Chairman’s Abfüllung die zu gefallen weiß. Mir gefällt er sehr gut. Auch der Preis ist mehr als angemessen für diesen Rum.”

“Im direkten Vergleich mit dem 16y Coffey still von Perola sind die Tannine vom Portwein Finish hier deutlich ausgeprägter und insgesamt für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dominant. Könnte etwas ausgewogener sein... Dennoch ein schönes Beispiel für das st. Lucia's Coffey still wirklich spannende Ergebnisse liefern kann und sich nicht hinter Vendome und John Dore verstecken muss!”

“Dieser Rum hat dieselben Rahmendaten wie der Saint Lucia von Perola. Die Nase ist im Vergleich aber intensiver und runder, und für mich bombastisch. Leider ist das Mundgefühl unausgewogen: extrem bitter und trocken, da zieht sich alles zusammen. Schade, das hätte sonst ein ausgezeichneter Rum sein können.”
