Werde in diesem Bereich wohl mein Sammlung ohne schlechtes Gewissen erweitern.”

“#4653 10.03.2024 Relaxing at bit at home while my wife is out with a friend. Nose Intense, wood, roasted, medicinal, plum, light cherry, light mint. Palate Intense, wood, roasted, dried fruit, earthy, medicinal, tannins, light mint. Finish Long and warm, wood, roasted, light cherry, mint, faint chocolate. Draws really nice curtains in the glass. The empty glass has light caramel and a hint of iodine.”

“That I would ever prefer a pure Vendome to a John Dore or because of me a mix of Vendome & John Dore, I would not have thought possible. But with this rum it is so. What a flavor monster! What a powerful finish that goes on for ages! And all for little more than a hundred bucks. Phew, I guess I'll have to rethink my rating of the Chairman's I've tasted so far. And have to get me a bottle of this rum. That is as certain as the Amen in the church.”
