Wer hätte gedacht, dass gerade der Virgin-oak mein Favorit aus dieser Serie sein wird - am Anfang haben wir den sogar noch geschlossen gelassen, weil wir dachten, dass der eh langweilig sein wird und bevor er überhaupt das erste mal probiert wurde, ist er erst mal in nem MaiTai gelandet und der war sensationell! So ein neues Eichenfass ist aber super, wenn es um Vanille und Holznoten geht, was man oft gar nicht auf dem Schirm hat. In der Nase war sogar die erste Assoziation Bourbon. Dann kommen am Gaumen neben neben den Esternoten noch schön Vanille und dunkle Holztöne dazu, die dann schön mild ausklingrn. Der hier wird vermutlich als erstes leer sein.
