Ich bin ja so ein DOK-Fan und mag alles, was so ein bisschen pervers schmeckt, deshalb ist auch die Bewertung dementsprechend. Natürlich schmeckt man, dass er noch sehr Jung und ungezähmt ist, allerdings schlägt sich das Olorossofass schon git mit so einer Wermut-note im Abgang wieder und dort wird er sehr mild. In der Nase erinnert er mich ein bisschen an Spekulatius und am Gaumen hat er schöne DOK-Ester
