The Rum Sponge No. 19, a limited edition release of just 275 bottles, originates from Barbados’ esteemed Foursquare distillery. Aged for 15 years and bottled at 57.1% ABV by Decadent Drinks LTD, this rum is distilled from molasses and has captivated enthusiasts with its aromatic layers of coconut, pepper, and cinnamon. The palate reveals a complex blend of chocolate, peppery spice, and oak, culminating in a balanced experience that highlights the skillful blending of two vintages from 2005 and 2007. Widely appreciated for its rounded body and well-integrated alcohol, this rum embodies the characteristic qualities of a classic Foursquare.
