It was distilled in 2006 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 57%. #4012 This release is slightly better than the other 15 year old one that I found a bit off. Nice fruit and roasted wood with really nice caramel side door. There is a light herbal note in the profile and the empty glass is really nice.
