Un Caroni soyeux, doux et savoureux. Un vrai bonheur pour les papilles. Un petit côté musqué qui me rappele le Neisson au nez. Excellent ! Une finale sur le métallique, les fruits tropicaux et le caoutchouc ❤

Mon premier Caroni. Au nez, je suis surpris. C'est boisé, fruité et sucré. Difficile de penser qu'on est à plus de 62°. Pas forcément ce à quoi je m'attendais mais ça donne envie. Le profil changé complètement à la dégustation. Là, je comprends je pense ce qui rend ces rhums si particuliers. C'est boisé et lourd. A la retro-olfaction on a en effet des notes de goudrons dans la bouche et tout ceci se termine dans une amertume étrange. C'est déconcertant. 2e dégustation, c'est plus riche encore. Ça le paraît plus sucré. Je ne trouve absolument pas les 62°, ça glisse tout seul. Je finis sur une note quasi salée, métallique. Content de cette découverte. Je comprends un peu l'intérêt autour des Caronis. Ça donne envie d'aller sur des bouteilles plus typiques encore.
