It was distilled in 1991 from Molasses and then aged for 31 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 55,8%. Nice and round taste, but somewhat boring. It clearly lacks complexity, even if you can recognize a slightly dirty Caroni note in the finish.
