"Tasted this elegant and round single cask from Saint James at the Sweden (Stockholm) Rumfest 2024. After distillation in 1999 it’s bottled 16 1/2 years later in 2016. The nose is woody, roasted, fruity and spicy with aromas of chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon and prune. At the palate it’s very elegant and the aromas comes back as flavors together with hints of mocha. The finish is round and long fading away gently."
