“Dark and heavy on the nose. Wood / liquorice / some dried fruits / roasted (nuts). Similar notes on the palate with liquorice / dried fruits and herbal notes. Feels a little harsh overall - from the freshly opened bottle mind you. Similarly to The Nectar SV this is not unlike the beloved SWR profile from 2001. However, again with a twist towards more herbal notes overall. Side-by-side with both to come :)”

“The legendary SV mark of the king Diamond 88 from Velier! Unfortunately, it cannot live up to the high expectations. Similar to the Nectar SV, it is somewhat one-dimensional in contrast to the excellent 2001 SWR, has less depth, less the deep molasses notes, overall flatter.”
