"06.11.2021 Another visit to "Den Danske Rom & Whiskyfestival and once again with special access and many very drunk people both days. Notes. This one we received from a secret source in a small 20cl bottle with original label. Nicely balanced and medium fruity rum. We'll rounded and naturally sweet palate with nice fruits. The finish is medium to long with a touch of chocolate."
"Really top notch nose, candied fruits, popcorn and sweet caramel and roasted notes. Makes me want to jump in! On the mouth there is depth and complexity, it’s greedy and layered, leather and spice at the front, softening to green pepper and more of a vegetal edge towards the back. The finish is medium length, with more mature barrel notes, charted oak, cappacino and umami spice. Nose promised big things, it’s not quite there but an enjoyable Beenleigh"
