Highly regarded as a dry, woody Port Mourant with herbal-licorice notes, well-integrated ABV and good maturity, even if some find the palate a bit straightforward for the price.

#4021 This is a rum in the more expensive range and I think the price is slightly off. A nice rum with fruits and wood as well ans nice spices. ABV is well integrated and I like the licorice note in the profile. The empty glass is more intense on the licorice and wood after a while.
Erinnert mich eher an das 97er PM-Profil. Insgesamt schon viel Holz abbekommen…
Tempting smell, but the taste can not quite keep up. Although nice oily texture, but also somehow one-dimensional and somewhat biting. For the average, what the rum offers taste, unfortunately too expensive.
