Schöner Belize, zugegeben etwas einseitig im Geruch. Einfach Fruchtig süß beschreibt es gut. Im Mund dann deutlich spannender. Zuerst Schokolade, Vanille und ne schöne Orangennote. Dann gute Würze mit leicht scharfen aber langem Abgang.
Decent Belize with the typical markers (cocoa, vanilla, wood, some coconut) and rather average alcohol integration. No information about the storage location, so I assume that the storage was probably mostly continental.
Das ziemlich aktive Bourbonfass hat diesem schönen Rum aus Belize seinen Stempel aus Holzwürze aufgedrückt, wodurch die typischen Aromen von Vanille, Kokosnuss und Kakao deutlich hervorstechen. Allerdings sind hier auch noch genügend Trockenfrüchte sowie zitrische Anklänge im Spiel, damit keine Monotonie aufkommt. Gefällt mir gut!
