By rum lovers, for rum lovers
I'm Oliver – together with Jakob, Robert, and Lukas, we started RumX in 2018 as a small passion project in Stuttgart, back then under the name Rum Tasting Notes.
What began as a digital tasting diary is now the world's most comprehensive platform for rum fans: over 25,000 bottlings, 270,000+ independent reviews, and an active community with 50,000 members. We combine the collective intelligence of our community with an integrated marketplace, allowing you to shop securely and manage your collection directly from the app.
The goal? To offer you, the rum connoisseur, a place where you can choose with confidence—without paperwork, detours, or expert jargon.

This was the first non white rum in today's tasting and it's doing pretty well. Price to quality is very good in my mind. Fruity with wood and floral notes. Draws really nice curtains in the glass. The empty glass is really nice and I can pick up some leather and chocolate. This is actually an 18 year old and not 14,hope it will get changed in the database.
Beautiful Belize, admittedly a little one-sided in smell. Simply fruity and sweet describes it well. Then much more exciting in the mouth. First chocolate, vanilla and a nice orange note. Then good spice with a slightly sharp but long finish.
Decent Belize with the typical markers (cocoa, vanilla, wood, some coconut) and rather average alcohol integration. No information about the storage location, so I assume that the storage was probably mostly continental.
