“Bellamy tasting. A lively, deep nose with milk chocolate, glue, bourbon and sandalwood. The palate is generous and smooth, with a beautiful complexity of chocolate, wild rose, chili, bourbon and fruit. The finish is long, elegant and rich. You feel like you're in an old colonial house with the windows open and lots of different scents. A discovery, Belize is definitely very interesting.”
