“Rum auf der Aquavitae probiert und zum teilen gekauft. Da das Gespräch am Stand mehr um Hampden und andere Dinge ging nun endlich Raum für den Rum. Wieder mal ein Travellers aus Belize. In der Nase schön fruchtig mit Zitrusfrucht und etwas Ananas, Kokosaromen treten nach kurzer Zeit hinzu und übernehmen das Kommando, lassen aber genug Platz. Am Gaumen fruchtig und würzig, etwas Pfirsich lässt sich schmecken aber nicht von zu süßen Sorte. Das ganze ist nicht Überkomplex aber das darf man von der column Stil Destillation hier auch nicht erwarten. Abv ist mit gut 60% meines Erachtens gut getroffen, der Rum kommt dadurch deutlich sanfter rüber. Finish trocken mit einer eleganten süße. Ein schöner Belize.”
