"#4577 26-27.01.2024 Hanse Spirit This is a pretty good unaged and I tested in a Coca Cola where it performs pretty well. Nose Fresh, fruity, light grass, faint olive, sugarcane. Palate Lightly oily, fresh, fruity, light mint, ester. Finish Medium long, fruity, light grass."
"Oh yes, unripened, long fermented rum made from fresh sugar cane juice. Could actually be from anywhere, is very similar to a Clairin, but comes from Ghana. Nose: fresh, green, vegetal and fermented. Overripe, liquefying green paprila, pickled artichoke, some chamomile and the sweetness of honeydew melon and freshly squeezed sugar cane juice. A beautiful but challenging blend. 6,6 Palate: pleasant despite the 65%, slightly creamy, spicy and fruity, with apple and bergamot. Green and yet malty. Sweetness of tonka bean, nougat and cocoa. Caraway and a little pepper. Pleasing, good mixer. 7,0"
"On the nose, Ghana is immediately recognizable, delicious. On the palate, however, I do not like the rum so well, it is somehow flat and strong at the same time, so flat in terms of taste, strong in terms of alcohol, the combination does not fit. Since the grandiose label can also save nothing. However, I can imagine that the rum would make an excellent Ti-Punch."
