A new edition of this HSE aged in white wine barrels. The finish seems less pronounced than the Marquis de Termes version. Here, the fruit is more delicate. Not necessarily my favorite, but as is often the case with HSE, the result is good.
Guter Agricole, typischer HSE, der für das junge Alter schon viel Holzeinfluss abbekommen hat. Eher auf der holzig-bitteren Seite, Früchte oder Nuss sind weniger vorhanden. Für die wenigen Prozente recht intensiv.
Très bon rhum, facile et léger à boire. Le finish sauterne est présent mais le final est relativement court. Je le recommande
