Exciting! Coconut, esters, chocolate, but somehow unrounded.
Again a rough rum from an unfamiliar distillery. It seems just to be a standard lab yeast, uht molasses and worn out bourbon cask. Combination I have seen fail over and over again. I don't really see the point on this that much...
