It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 21 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. A well-balanced jam, with medicinal notes, tropical fruits and apple compote. All accompanied by spices. Usually the herbaceous/medicinal notes bother me, but here the balance is quite good.
