“Le nez est d'abord très végétal avec un canne omniprésente. Puis des agrumes font leur apparition. Du zeste de citron avec une belle amertume. La bouche est surprenante. Un poivre puissant prend toute la bouche. La canne et les agrumes sont là également. Une sensation onctueuse étonnante. Pas une énorme longueur mais un profil très particulier pour un martiniquais.”
